This Privacy Policy explains what information KEBABADATAHUB ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our Platform, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
We collect information you provide directly (such as when you register or fund your wallet), information generated by your use of the Platform (such as transaction records), and limited technical information (such as your IP address) used for account security.
When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. Your phone number is also used as the delivery destination for airtime and data purchases you make.
We do not currently collect identity verification (KYC) documents such as a national ID, BVN, or proof of address. If we introduce identity verification in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected and how it is protected before that feature is used.
We collect your IP address and basic request information (such as browser type) for the purpose of account security, fraud prevention, and rate-limiting abusive activity. We do not use this information for advertising.
We do not store your bank card or online banking login details. Wallet funding is carried out via direct bank transfer to a one-time account number generated by our payment processing partner; we receive confirmation of payment and the amount, not your banking credentials.
We keep a record of every order and wallet transaction on your account — service type, amount, status, and reference number — visible to you at any time in your Transaction History.
We use a single session cookie strictly to keep you logged in while you use the Platform. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies of any kind.
We use your information to create and manage your account, process wallet funding and orders, communicate with you about your transactions, respond to support requests, and maintain the security of the Platform.
We use account activity, IP address, and transaction patterns to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, including automated rate-limiting on sensitive actions like login and password reset attempts.
When you contact us for support (via WhatsApp or email), we use the information you provide in that conversation, together with your account and transaction history where relevant, to resolve your issue.
We do not currently send marketing or promotional emails — the only emails we send are transactional (e.g. order confirmations, password resets, security codes). If we introduce marketing communications in the future, you will be able to opt out at any time.

Your password is encrypted using industry-standard one-way hashing — we cannot see or recover it. Sensitive credentials on our systems are encrypted at rest, and the Platform is served exclusively over HTTPS. Payment information is handled through secure, PCI-conscious payment providers rather than stored directly on our servers.
We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account remains active, and afterward for as long as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us — see the details below. Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g. transaction records).
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites (such as our WhatsApp support group). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites you visit from our Platform.
